sptdump − Dump trace data from simple-pt kernel driver to file
sptdump [prefix]
sptdump dumps the data collected by the simple-pt kernel driver to a file. Each CPU’s trace data is written to a file named prefix.N where N is the CPU number. prefix is ptout by default. Typically sptdump does not need to be run directly, but is controlled by sptcmd.
