could be the right place instead of
ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/v2.6.35/
(I don’t want to mention about difference ftp and http)
The procedure is the same for longterm as for stable.
Also make sure to indicate for which kernels it’s applicable.
